Question -
We are looking to deploy a simple auto dialer system. We came across your
website while looking for vendors and we would like to find out if your product can
provide the functionality that we need.
We will be using the auto dialer for testing of access numbers to an IVR
platform from the PSTN in Mexico. We will need to simulate users\’ calls into our
platform from the Mexican PSTN. Therefore we will need to use an FXO POTS port
connected to a Mexican PSTN line.
The application will need to be able to read a number from a list of numbers
(stored in a file), dial it and record the call results (Completed, No Answer,
Busy, Dead air). It will then need to store the call result in a file and pick
the next number from the access number list and test it and so on until the end
of the access number list.
We will not need more then one line for this testing.
If possible, we would like to obtain an evaluation version so that we can test
the system and see if it fits our criteria.
