You should be able to test voice recognition through BroadcastByPhone
shareware version. You can go to Message Designer and select
Voice Command instead of touchtone response.

For how to use Message designer, click on the program -> Help ->
product Walkthrough. It is an electronic mannual that shows you
how to test voice recognition.
