Voicent software system dials through analog phone lines. In order to dial
32-48 phone numbers simultaneously, you must have equivelant
number of phone lines available.

If however, you can dial 32-48 phone number within 5 minutes, then
you can reduce the number of phone line required to 5-10 lines.

If you have only one phone line, then you can dial one number at a time.
It would take about 20-30 minutes to complete the call, depends on
how long your message is to be.
