Question -
We will be using Avaya IP Agent where I work which basically is a sort of call
center environment for technical support. I have evaluated your \”Broadcast by
Phone\” product and do like what I\’ve seen so far.

My question: Can the product be set up on one PC to use the \”Softphone\”
provided by the Avaya IP Agent. I am primarily in an outbound role where I call
customers and/or follow up based on generated tickets.

On occasion, we have issues where we\’d like to inform a group of people about
a particular issue without having to call them manually, etc.

Avaya IPAgent is VoIP, SIP based.
I realize we can set up a PC with multiple cards, etc. but was curious about
doing this with VoIP.

Answer – Voicent software cannot be integrated with SIP. Voice modem cards are required for
Voicent software to work properly. Soft modem will not work either.
