This is what i need to achieve: People will receive calls on their mobile number. They will hear a voice recorded message in a wav or mp3 file. It will be advert.. for example something about love tips and subscribe for love tips, and press 1 to subscribe and press 9 to optout.

I will need to receive the response that user will press.
