Change autodialer confirmation response from English to French
We would like to use VoicentByPhone wiht the confirmation option (press 1 for ….). Unfortunately, after pressing the touch 1 on the telephone, a short message can be heard, and this message (Thank you and good by) is in english language. It is not possible, for us, french speaker, to use that option with this message. Is it possible to delete this message or to change it for a french version as “Merci et bonjour” recorded by a french speaking person? Please let me know the solution you can offer to us as quickly as possible.
There are two ways you can accomplish this. The first one is to use Voicent IVR Studio to design the interactions. This is the most flexible. You can design any level of interactions as you wish. For example, you can design a multiple question phone survey.
The second is a workaround. You could go to Voicent Gateway audio folders to replace the recording in English to French. The folder is under C:\Program Files\Voicent\Gateway\webapps\ROOT\audio. The drawback of this method is that if you update the software or reinstall, your changes will be overwritten.
