<p style="text-align: left;">Voicent features a built-in integration option with Zoho CRM, making extremely easy to make use of your Zoho account along with Voicent software. Here&#8217;s how to do it:</p>
<p><strong>Step 1)</strong></p>
<p>The Zoho module is configured in Voicent CRM. Choose from the main menu <strong>Setup, Account, CRM Connector</strong>. Then fill in your Zoho account info and authorization token <a href="http://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/api/authentication-token.html#API_Auth_Token">(found in your Zoho account)</a>.</p>

<p>If you are using older releases, you set it up in Voicent Gateway. Fill in your account information and Zoho authorization token <a href="http://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/api/authentication-token.html#API_Auth_Token">(found in your Zoho account)</a> in the appropriate fields.<br />
<em>Open Voicent Gateway -&gt; Setup -&gt; Setup CRM -&gt; Choose &#8220;Enable ZohoCRM connector&#8221; -&gt; Fill in CRM login name, password, and token fields</em></p>

<p>Now login to Voicent Dashboard and open up a web browser to login to your Zoho account online.<br />
<em>Open Voicent Dashboard -&gt; Click Browser -&gt; Go to Zoho CRM login page -&gt; Log into Zoho</em></p>

<p><strong>That&#8217;s it. Your integration with Zoho CRM is complete.</strong></p>
<p>You&#8217;re all set and ready to start making calls! Each time you connect a call Voicent will automatically pop-up a window from your Zoho CRM account with the customer&#8217;s record. If no record exists one will automatically be created in your Zoho account.</p>

<p>Voicent just released a new feature where you are able to automatically open the contact page of the person you are communicating with as soon as your call is connected.</p>
<p><strong>New Contact? </strong><br />
The contact information is not in your CRM database yet? No worries! Voicent will create the contact for you. You just simply need to fill out the appropriate information.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s not just it. Voicent is also capable of automatically uploading your call information to Zoho CRM. </p>
<p><strong>Call information will include:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Call notes</li>
<li>Call Status</li>
<li>Call Disposition</li>
<li>Opt-Out info</li>
<li>Agent who handled the call</li>
<li>Campaign information</li>
</ul>
<p>The best thing about this feature is that it is extremely easy to setup. Here are the steps:</p>
<p><strong>Step 1)</strong><br />
You will to need to start by specifying in the Voicent Gateway that you want to connect to Zoho CRM.<br />
<em>Open Voicent Gateway -> Setup -> Setup CRM -> Choose &#8220;Enable ZohoCRM connector&#8221; </em><br />

<p><strong>Step 2)</strong><br />
You will then login to Voicent Dashboard to enter the user credentials.<br />
<em>Open Voicent Dashboard -> Setup -> CRM Connector Setup -> Enter in user name and password</em><br />
<strong>Note: For Zoho CRM, you can alternatively login through &#8220;Additional Token&#8221; instead of entering username and password. Information about retrieving additional token can be found <a href="http://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/using-authentication-token.html#Manage_Auth_Tokens"> here</a> </strong><br />

<p>For each active call, Voicent will use up to 4 API calls. To count how many times you are able to use our seamless integration with other well-known CRM company is to know the API call limit you have, and divide it by 4.</p>
