Autodialer Enterprise Edition Configuration and Pricing

BroadcastByPhone Autodialer Enterprise Edition pricing is dependent on the follow factors:

1. Number of phone lines
2. Number of Clients
3. Number of Computers that run Voicent Gateway

The base price for Enterprise Edition is $999, that includes support for 1 phone line, 1 remote client, and 1 gateway computer.

1. Number of phone lines

On one computer, you can normally install 3 - 4 voice modems. The maximum number of voice modems are determined by the maximum number of PCI slots available on the computer motherboard. Each voice modem supports one telephone line. If you are to buy new computers, here are few computers that have 3-4 PCI slots.

The number of phone lines needed are determined by your call volume. Normally you can make one call per minute. (That minute include the dialing, phone ring back, wait for answering machine beep, and play the message. There are not many things you can do to speed up the calling speed.)

The price for added phone lines are:

1-Line: $599 (Base Price)
2-Line: $599 + $300 = $899
3-Line: $599 + $600 = $1199
4-Line: $599 + $800 = $1399

2. Number of Clients

With Enterprise Edition, you can run Voicent Application (Broadcast By Phone, Auto Reminder, or Agent Dialer) and Voicent Gateway on different computers. The gateway is run as a server and the application is run as a client.

Voicent Gateway is the actual component making telephone calls. Hence the computer that runs the gateway has to be physically connected to the telephone line. The application, on the other hand, can be run from anywhere as long as it can be connected to the gateway computer through a local area network (LAN) or the Internet. The computer that runs the client application does not have to connect telephone lines physically.

There is no limit on where you can run the client application. However, the gateway does limit the number of simultaneous access. For example, if you set up the gateway server on your company's server room, you can run BroadcastByPhone from a desktop computer in your office, or from a laptop computer while traveling, as long as they are not connected to the gateway at the same time.

A license with support for 5 remote clients allows 5 simultaneous access to the gateway.

The price for added remote clients are:

1-Client: $599 (Base Price)
2-Client: $599 +  $400  = $999
3-Client: $599 +  $800  = $1399
4-Client: $599 + $1000 = $1599
5-Client: $599 + $1200 = $1799

To add more lines and remote clients, simply add the price together from the base price. For example: 3-Line Enterprise Edition with 2 remote clients, the price is:

Base $599 + Added 3-Line $600 + Added 2-Client $400 = $1599

3. Number of computers that run Voicent Gateway

The client application (BroadcastByPhone, AutoReminder, or AgentDialer) can connect to any number of Voicent Gateways. The gateway will allow the connection if it has an Enterprise Edition License (for remote access) and the number of current connection does not exceed the allowed maximum clients.

If you are planning to use multiple gateways, each computer requires an Enterprise Edition license. The good news is that if you order more than one copy, you can volume discount. This discount rates are:

Number of Licenses Discount
2 - 9 10%
more than 9 20%
Notes:
* Discount applies to sales items too

* Discount applies to BroadcastByPhone, AgentDialer, AutoReminder. So if you order BroadcastByPhone and AgentDialer together, it counts as two licenses.

* Discount does not apply to previous orders. You must order all products at the same time.

Example 1

You use the system for your church and the system is set up on your church office. You need to send voice broadcasting from your church office, but also want to send voice broadcasting when you are home.

You need Enterprise Edition with 1 remote client. The enterprise edition enables remote access. Since you access the gateway from different locations at different time, you need 1 remote client support only.

Example 2

You share the system among 5 co-workers and the gateway server is setup at a central office. Most of the times, two people will use the system simultaneous, and occasionally, 4 people will use the system simultaneous.

You need Enterprise Edition with at least 2 remote clients. Depend on your situation, you might want to get 3 or 4 remote client license.

Example 3

You have 50 branch offices in the US, and each office has a 4-line system. If you want to utilize all these system for nation-wide calling campaign (200 simultaneous phone calls) from time to time, you need to have 4-Line Enterprise Edition license for all the 50 systems.

If your branch office do not use the system during nation-wide campaign, each system only need 1 remote client license; otherwise, you need 2 remote client license for all computers.
