AgentDialer is an easy-to-use predictive dialing software that can be installed on any Window based computer. During a predictive dialing campaign, the system dials out a phone number from a call list, if it is answered by a live human, it pops up an alert window on your computer and plays a phone ringing sound; you can pickup the phone and talk to the person on the line; if it is answered by an answering machine, the system can play a pre-recorded audio file or simply hangup.

With Enterprise Edition, it can send the call to a different computer(agent computer) from the dialing computer(server computer) with a window pop. The agent can answer the call at his/her own computer.

AgentDialer is easy-to-use and requires almost no time to learn. Just enter your call list, or import a call list file, or copy-paste from other programs, and you are ready to go.
