| 2. Use 
              Outbound IVR Application for AutodialerOnce an outbound IVR application is deployed on Voicent 
              Gateway, it can be used by Voicent BroadcastByPhone autodialer. To 
              do so, select Broadcast > Select Message from the program 
              main menu, then select IVR Studio 
               Once select, the spreadsheet window is updated - all required 
              input columns, such as Model and Year, and all confirmation 
              columns, such as Rating, Recommend, Suggestion, are automatically 
              added.  
               You can then use BroadcastByPhone as usual. All confirmations 
              are collected after each phone call. For example, the second row 
              in the above figure shows Jose has rated the service 2, and will 
              recommend it to his friend, and he also left a voice message. 
              Simply click on the Message link to play the voice message.   |
