              Pre-recorded Audio
For fixed text prompt items, use pre-recorded audio files is a
much better choice than use generated voice by a text-to-Speech
engine. Normally, generating computer voice using a text-to-speech
uses a lot of computing power and memory. Especially for a
multi-line system, where several sessions of TTS conversions are
running simultaneously, the system response time might slow down.
Use pre-recorded audio does not require that same amount of
computing resources. In general, you should use pre-recorded audio
              files whenever possible.
