| Lesson 7.
              Improvements and Resources
The tutorial sample so far, though easy to create, is not a
trivial application. It involves the IVR system checking caller
password, recording voice messages, presenting menu choices,
uploading files to web servers, and launching external program and
batch script. We accomplish all these in the graphical user
environment. Except the 3 command lines in the Windows batch file,
no developer knowledge or programming is ever required.
If you are a developer, please continue to Part II of this
tutorial. In Part II, we present software integration methods in
              more details.
In this final lesson of Part I, we present areas of improvements
of the IVR system and other resources for IVR Studio.
