It is easy to create your campaign message by phone. The system can call any phone number you specify. So anyone, anywhere can create your campaign message.
1. To start, select Campaign from the main menu, then click the Upload Audio button.
2. Click the Call Me to Record a Message button.
3. Enter the phone number to call and the audio file name for the recorded audio.
How to convert my audio file to the telephony format
If your audio file is in a different format, such as mp3, you can convert it to the specified format by using a audio file conversion software such as Audacity or Goldwave. For better quality, it is best to save your original file using the telephony format.
It is also possible to have the system call you to record your message. The recorded audio is automatically saved using the telephony format.
