Add User Alert


This action is used to send an agent a notification through the API. If you know the target agent ID, use AGENTID, else you can use his login name in AGENTNAME. Below you can find examples of both ways.



The other two parameters are TITLE and BODY of the notification.


You can use HTML code in the body of your notification to have a link in your message. For example, you can use:
