Mass Update Assigned Agent

A few of our sales reps have left the company, how can i assign all of their leads to another rep? Mass Update Failed Cannot do mass update when the column: OWNER_AGENT_ID is in the search query.

You can do the following:

  1. Find a CRM field that is not used
  2. Do a mass update to set the field to some temporary value, such as the old agent name
  3. Do a search for all contacts with that temporary value
  4. Do a mass update to set the assigned agent to the new agent
