Setup Nextiva VOIP Service

Nextiva offers business and residential VOIP service. To setup Nextiva for Voicent software, first you need to sign up for Nextiva’s Phone Service Includes Professional Features.

Once you account is setup, find the SIP credentials of your account. Then enter the information as shown below. Please remember to replace the user name (9400000) with your actual user name.

Where to find SIP ID, user name and password?

Login to your Nextiva account, under the Sites menu, click Employees. Choose one you want to use, click the Edit link. Under the heading Technical Phone Information, use the number listed for Authentication Name for your SIP ID and User name, and Authentication Key for your password.

If you use Voicent software for managing incoming calls, please also make sure the Nextiva profile is setup correctly.
