Failed. No answer. SIP Error: 403 Not subscribed

I am using callcentric for my VOIP service. When I use Voicent to call, I got an error message: ‘Failed. No answer. SIP Error: 403 Not subscribed’. How do I resolve this

Normally this issue is not related to your VOIP settings, in your case, callcentric settings (please see configure Callcentric service for Voicent for more details). It seems that the gateway is started successfully with VOIP/sip lines.

This error is usually related to your VOIP service, such as not having enough funds left in your account, or the number you are calling is not allowed under your rate plans. To find out more, it is recommended to use Voicent AgentDialer semi-automatic mode. Make a call to the same phone number and hear what the service message is over the phone. Or contact your service provider asking why the call is not allowed.
