Voicent software requires the correct version of Java is installed on your computer.

1. Make sure the correct version of Java is installed

During installation, the correct version of Java will be installed automatically. By default, java is set to automatically update. if you update Java to a new major version, the system may not be able to start. For release 9, the supported version is Java 1.7 and for release 10, it is Java 1.8.. To download the correct version of Java, please visit www.java.com.
