Use Vietnamese audio files

Thanks for your support yesterday. Could you let me know how to replace the english audio files in the gateway. Because I am developing the Vietnamese IVR system but sometimes the gateway plays some audio files such as “Please enter some digits” and “Sorry, I do not understand what you said”. Our customer would like the information all in Vietnamese. Please help me to replace these files with the Vietnamsese version.

There is no configuration files that you can use to replace these audio files. But you can sort of have a workaround.

All audio files are installed under: C:\Program Files\Voicent\Gateway\webapps\ROOT\audio. Do not change the audio file name, but you can change the audio to Vietnamese. One drawback of this method is that you need do that everytime you update the software.
