SIP-based VoIP ‘hotline’ solution planned

IPsmarx Technology announced today that it will be releasing a new SIP-Based VoIP hotline solution. According to the company, the IPsmarx Hotline Solution supplies service providers with the technology to support the delivery or collection of:

• Expert Advice (legal, tax preparation, insurance, financial)
• Dating Services
• Psychic or Tarot Card Reading Services
• Medical/Health Hotlines
• Psychiatric Services
• Crisis Hotlines
• Translation Services
• Business Hotlines (reporting fraud and unethical behavior)
• Technical Support Hotlines
• Embassy & Government Hotlines

According to the company, IPsmarx’s solution provides a convenient alternative to traditional methods of managing hotline services. The IPsmarx solution delivers an automated VoIP billing system that streamlines the order and payment process, so that service providers are able to manage their business more efficiently. Hotline service providers are supplied with a cost-effective management system that permits them to reduce their costs through VoIP rates and pass along the savings to the end user, according to IPsmarx.

According to the company, the IPsmarx hotline solution is now available to its existing clients as an add-on to IPsmarx’s Softswitch and Calling Card Platforms. It is also available to new start ups looking to offer VoIP services or existing hotline service operators in need of a better management system.
