Dialer plus auto email

I am seeking a dialer that has the capability of playing a recording to the answering party. At the end of the recording the caller would need to have the option of leaving a 30-60 second message that can be recorded and sent via email immediately as a sound file. Please advise if you have anything similar in mind that Voicent offers.

Yes, you can use Voicent BroadcastByPhone and Voicent IVR studio to do what you want. All you need to do is use IVR Studio to design your outbound call message that collects recordings and send out email. IVR Studio offers an easy to use GUI design interface. For your particular application, you can utilize the built-in Recording element and email action. For details, please download the software and check out the product walkthrough.
