Voicent’s text messaging software goes very interactive

Not only does Voicent’s BroadcastbySMS text messaging software broadcast and send out an unlimited amount of text messages, but it also can collect and process responses from message recipients and record them.

Setting up the interactive feature is extremely easy with the Message Designer in the program, and a full explanation can be found in the Product Walkthrough–Collect Response in the Help tab of the program.

The built-in Message Designer supports basic interactive messages. However, it is limited to one level of interaction, i.e., collecting response only once. To design more flexible messages with multiple levels of interactions, such as interactive survey or integration with other software systems, you need to use Voicent IVR Studio. You can install it from the same Voicent installation package.
