When setting up Voicent software, it’s important to make sure you have the right network configuration. This allows remote agents to connect to the Voicent App seamlessly, as if they were in the same room.
To get started, you’ll need to know how to configure your network for Remote Agents. This consists of a few steps:

Granting Full Access to Voicent Software

Forwarding Ports on your Router
Both of the above steps will need to be performed on any firewall programs for your router and computer. If you’re having issues, we’ve got a guide on how to forward ports on your PC.
Once you’ve configured your network, you can try running your first Predictive Dialer Campaign to make sure that it worked!
If you’re still having network issues like lack of audio, or inability to connect to the Voicent App from the Agent Dashboard, then you’ll need to troubleshoot your network configuration.
