When to use an on-premise software

Using on-premise software is recommended in the following instances:

  • customer will make calls outside US or Canada (international calls)
  • the customer has its own IT staff who can manage the server software
  • customer prefers a one-time payment
  • the customer has its own VoIP service which rates are lower than 1.5 cents per minute
  • on rare cases, the customer  wants data security
