Annual Subscription payment questions

“I have sent a money order to pay for an annual subscription plus 3 months payment for the $75 package for 2500 credits. After 3 weeks, My account was activated for an annual subscription and my account balance is showing on my account. When I try to purchase a 1-month package for 2500 credits, the system asks me to make a payment good for 1 whole year of credits. ($75 x 12 months). “

For annual subscriptions, Voicent no longer allows buying the credits on a monthly basis. Both the subscription and the credit package should be paid upfront for the whole year. If a customer will be paying through a money order, they should send the payment for both the annual subscription and 12 months worth of payment for the credits package.

But you could select a monthly plan with a credit package. At the end of the billing cycle, you can change your plan.

“I am on an annual subscription and I wanted to add another inbound line to my account and remove 1 caller id. When I clicked on confirm upgrade, there was a message which says that the changes on my plan will be effective once my 1-year subscription has ended. How can I make the changes take effect immediately?”

When a feature is added to an annual subscription, the changes will take effect immediately on the account. However, when a feature is removed, the update will be effective upon renewal of the subscription. To revert the changes, click on the “see pending change” link and then click on “cancel change”.
