Auto Dialer Message Types

Voicent auto dialer can send out many types of auto dialer messages, from simple audio recordings to a fully automated survey. You can create a message first and later on use it in various campaigns. (Setup, Campaign, Message from the app portal main menu)

  1. Ex. Create a simple Text-to-Speech message and use it in a campaign

Create a Personalized Message

You can personalize auto dialer messages based on the customer record. For example, you can create a message like: “Hi {First Name}, how are you today?” such that the {First Name} is replaced with the actual first name in the record that is being called.

  • Design a message as specified above (choose interactive message)
  • Create lines using a combination of Text to Speech and CRM field.
  • In the message item for {First Name}, the type is CRM field.
  • Save the message and test it in a campaign

Manage Automatic Opt-Out

You can design a message to allow people to press a key to opt out automatically. Once contact is marked opt-out (Do Not Call), the system will not call that contact anymore (for any later campaigns)

  • Design a message to allow opt-out (select interactive message)
  • Start an auto dialer campaign to use that message and call yourself
  • Press the key to opt-out when you receive the call
  • After the campaign, a look at the contact record. The Do Not Call checkbox should be marked already
  • Run a different campaign (choose a different message) to call yourself
  • The campaign should automatically skip the Do No Call contacts
