With IVR and PBX software, the Agent Dashboard can be a softphone for agents where calls can be routed, transferred, and answered. With Predictive Dialer and Outbound Call Center software, the Agent Dashboard can be a campaign manager for starting voice/text/email campaigns and viewing real-time summaries.


The Agent Dashboard is designed to boost agent productivity and efficiency. Whenever live calls are connected, a CRM popup screen displays automatically with the customer's CRM record for the agent to view. Plus, all calls can be made or answered with just a headset plugged into your PC, so you can have hands-free conversations with customers.


Voicent's Agent Dashboard offers not only agents a faster and easier way to handle phone calls, but also business owners and call center managers a 360 degree view of business activity. For example, the dashboard home page displays daily reports, which includes total closed sales, total incoming calls, total outbound calls, total emails sent, total potential deals, total web form leads, and total landing page visits.
