On the Dashboard, you can run campaigns by phone, text, and email. Below are Voicent's dialers and broadcasting software that can be used with the Agent Dashboard™ (although it's not necessary) to pick up calls and view CRM records.

Great for event invitations, RSVPs or cancellation notices, surveys, quick polls, news alerts, or any message that needs to be quickly and personally delivered.
Voicent Predictive Dialer allows you to automatically dial, skip busy or disconnected lines, leave a voice message on answering machines, and connect calls only when a live person answers. When a live person answers, a popup screen appears on the Agent Dashboard with the caller's record.

With one click, send an unlimited number of personalized emails and automatically track if and when your mail is opened, handle bounced emails and manage un-subscribe requests.
