Agent Dashboard Overview

Voicent Agent Dashboard is a specialized tool for agents who use Voicent platform. It is a softphone as well as an integrated interface to Voicent CRM.

Use as a softphone

Ex. Use the dial pad to call your own phone. Put the call on hold, and make another call to another phone. Try to switch back and forth between the two calls.

Ex. Try click-to-call in the Call History and CRM window.

Ex. Try to open a browser inside the Agent Dashboard, turn on phone number inspection. Try click to call on any web page.

Use with Predictive Dialer

Ex. Find how to take a break from the campaign

(Hint. mark yourself as “unavailable”)

Use with PBX and IVR

How to Exit Agent Dashboard?

The normal exit (x on the top right window) is disabled. To completely exit the program, click the circular V button on the top left corner, then click the Exit button.
