Setup Outbound Email Server

Like Microsoft Outlook, Voicent platform also acts as an email client. To send email, you need to configure your account to use your SMTP server. This is done in the Setup, Account, Email page.

Ex. Setup your SMTP account. For Voicent email, the server is voicent.com, port 25, use TLS, not SSL. You should also set up your email signature there. Test email

Bulk Email Campaign

Voicent provides bulk email tool that can track open and automatically manage unsubscribe action.

Ex. Create an email template (Setup, Campaign, Message) that can replace [First Name], test it with an email campaign.

Click-to-Email

Any Voicent CRM page that contains an email address, there will be an email icon on the right for click to email.
