You may cancel your order any time before you submit your license request. There is a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price. This fee includes the charges Voicent has to pay to the payment processing company for both your purchase and refund transactions. If your order includes free modems, you must return the modems unopened. If the modems are opened, damaged or have missing parts, there may be additional charge for the modems at our discretion. Refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. In order to make sure the return can be process in timely manner, we recommend that when you return the package, please obtain a tracking number and then email the tracking number along with your order number to sales@voiccent.com. This will allow us to keep track of the package and process your cancellation properly.
