This subscription includes a single user and single client software upgrade available during the 12 month period of the contract. Upgrade include bug fixes, feature enhancement and technology upgrade. For multiple user or multiple client products, It is additional 20% of the original product purchase price.
Technical email support is provided within the 12 months of the contract period. Phone support can be purchased separately. Our knowledgable technical engineers will assist you should you encounter any techincal difficulties using Voicent software.
We do not guarantee to resolve problems that are not related to Voicent software, such as computer hardware defect, computer virus infection or human operation error.
Due to rapid speed of Voicent technology evolution, this upgrade is necessary to purchase to keep Voicent product at its top of the line.
