Voicent software products are freely distributed in shareware version. All software products are free to download, or to be mailed in CD (shipping is not free). The shareware version are unlicensed version but are fully functional. It is the same software as the licensed version with some restrictions. Shareware version is suitable for product evaluation and testing prior to purchase a license. You can test all product features in the shareware version without acquiring a license. There is no time limit to use the shareware version.

Should you decide to purchase Voicent software license, we accept various payment methods listed at Voicent online store. After the payment is accepted, you may submit the license request immediately. The license will be emailed to you promptly to remove the restrictions and to activate the full version of the software product. The licensing process is quite simple and straightforward.

Voicent software is intellectual property and is fully protected by federal and state copy right laws. The software is licensed to you and requires a license key to activate. Once a license key is emailed to you, it would not be possible to return the license key. Therefore, we would not be able to refund the license fee after the we send out the license key. Your purchase of one license entitles you to run the software on one computer. Please see License FAQ for more details about our licensing scheme. If you have any questions about license return policy, please refer to any published Intellectual Property and copy-right protection law.

Sometimes you may want to transfer license to a different computer. Although we are not obligated to allow this, we have provided a work-around solution to help you transfer license to a different computer. However, in order to do this, you must meet the requirements that are listed in the License FAQ. Failure to do so, a license can not be transferred and you must purchase a new license for different computers.

Please be aware that we are not responsible to fix any problem due to any hardware, i.e. your computer failure, your phone line failure or incompatibility with the software. We strongly recommend you download, install, and test the shareware version prior to make a purchase. Our technical staff are readily to assist you by email or by paid phone support.

Voicent modem has a 30-day money back guarantee. If the modem is returned undamaged and there is no missing part, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees).

You may cancel your order within 30 days of the purchase if you have not requested license. A processing fee, equal to 10% of the total purchase price will be charged for order cancelation. If your order includes voice modems, you must return the modems unopened. If the modems are opened, damaged or have missing parts, there may be additional charge for the modems at our discretion. Refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. In order to make sure the return can be process in timely manner, we recommend that when you return the package, please obtain a tracking number and then email the tracking number along with your order number to sales @ voicent . com. This will allow us to keep track of the package and process your cancellation properly.
