If you have downloaded Voicent software and purchased a license, we send you the license file by email. No shipping is required.

For product that requires shipping, we ship the same business day if order is placed before 2pm, PST.  Orders placed after
2pm, it will be shipped the next business day. If ordered during non-business hours, the product will be shipped the
following business day. You may select FedEx or United State Postal Service priority shipping method. We do not ship and/or
deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

However, we do issue licenses by email on any days.
