Product Training Service

This product training service is specifically designed for customers who want to learn Voicent software under the guidance of our support staff. With this training service, our technical staff will login to your computer remotely and walk you through the common product usage scenarios.

Training Service Tasks

  • Go over product usage that is listed under the program main menu > Help > Product Walkthrough.

What is not included

  • Product setup. This service can be performed only after the product is setup and fully functional. However, we do offer product setup service if you want us to set it up for you.
  • Multiple Voicent products training. Voicent offers voice, SMS, and email products, each requires completely different usage. This training service includes training for one product only.
  • Due to the nature of IVR Studio, we do not offer training service for IVR Studio to customers without programming experience.
