How can I avoid my email being sent to SPAM folders?
If you are sending emails to people who haven't asked for them, that's exactly where your emails should be going! Federal laws restrict the use of email for marketing purposes to subscribers or people who have otherwise "opted-in" to receiving your messages. Beyond that, sometimes broadcasting email too fast may make email servers believe you are a spammer. BroadcastByEmail has a the capability to precisely time how quickly messages are sent. You can easily adjust this delay to make sure your mailings aren't mistaken for spam. Also, it's important to frequently advise your recipients to add your domain name or email address to their safe-mail lists. You can learn more about this topic by Googling email marketing and the "federal CAN-SPAM Act."
Some email servers detect how many emails you send in a certain period of time. If you send too many of them, you emails are likely to be treated as SPAM. To slow down, select Broadcast > Configuration... from the program main menu, and set the delay time.
