Voicent offers a set of *software package* that can be installed on any computers running Windows Vista, XP or 2000. There is no special equipment needed to use Voicent software. All you need is a computer that can connect to a phone line using a voice modem or VoIP line like SIP or Skype. Voicent offers voice modems for desktop at its online store if you prefer to use regular phone line.
