AutoReminder Usage

The following example illustrates how easy it is to create an appointment using Voicent AutoReminder and have it automatically make the reminder call.

Make an appointment

Create a new appointment by specify the start time, duration, the phone number and time for the reminder call. The following figure shows the new appointment in the appointment book.

That's it. Voicent AutoReminder will take care of the rest.

Appointment Reminder call will be made automatically

	At the specified time, Voicent AutoReminder software will call the phone number specified.
	Once it detects a human voice on the other end, or the beep of an answering machine, a message will be played. Information about the appointment date, time, and the parties involved will be read over the phone.
	If the call is answered by a person, he or she will have a chance to confirm or cancel the appointment by touch tones, or to leave a voice message.

Checking Call Status and Confirmation Status

Call status and response can be checked easily by indicator in the appointment entry, a call history for the call, and a call report for the day. Click on the message hyperlink in the report plays the voice message.
