Signing Up for Voicent Live

When signing up for Voicent Live, you’ll need to consider some of the following questions:

  • How many calls will I be making a month?
  • How many agents (users) will be using the software?
  • what features am I looking for?

These are things you can consider while using our free trial.

Call Volume

Lets start with the first question: how many calls will I be making a month?

The number of calls you’ll be making per month on Voicent software will be one of the most important factors when figuring out what plan is right for you. Prepaid minute bundles allow you to save money when your contact center has higher call volume.

Number of Users

The next thing to consider is: how many users will there be?

For those who plan on using our Predictive Dialer, this is especially important. Voicent software works well with call centers of different sizes, even when the agents are across the globe.

Features

The last thing to consider: what features am I looking for?

Take a look at your Subscription plan page for a complete listing of all features. Here is a brief overview of our main features:

    Base Plan

  • Agent – The base plan includes 1 agent login. To get more, simply increase the quantity of the base plan.
  • Outbound Call Center – This features includes Auto Dialer and Predictive Dialer tools for all your outbound contact center needs.
  • Outbound Lines – Two outbound lines/channels for every base plan, so that you can have two outbound calls at a time for every user.
  • Sales and Marketing Tools

  • Inbound Call Center – Includes an inbound phone number and an Auto Attendant. Auto Attendant can automatically handle inbound calls by transferring to numbers, recording messages, and more.
  • Call Center Management (per agent) – Includes downloadable software that can monitor agent and phone line activity, increasing the level of visibility that managers have over their call center.
  • Text Message Campaigns – Includes tools to distribute standard and personalized texts.
  • Email Campaigns – Includes tools to distribute standard and personalized emails.
  • Workflow & Journey Management – Includes a suite of tools that track lead/customer progress and automate routine tasks like sending follow-up emails.
  • Credit Packages

  • Pay-As-You-Go – By adding money to your account balance, you can make calls at a rate of 4¢/minute or text at a rate of 4¢/text.
  • Credit Package – Includes a bundle of minutes at a discounted rate, saving you money when your call volumes are large.
