Design Your Survey App

1. Design a survey app that does the following: “thank you for taking our customer satisfaction survey. Are you satisfied with our service? Please press a number from 1 to 5, with 5 being most satisfied. “, after it is rated, then ask “How likely will you recommend our service to others?“
2. Start an auto dialer campaign and use the simple survey app.
3. Review the campaign details and report
4. Export the survey result to CSV file

Ex. Create a survey app to give callee language choices at the beginning, like “thank you for taking our survey, for Spanish press 1”, after that, if 1 is pressed, go to the survey in Spanish, otherwise continue.
