Overview

Like voice capabilities, Voicent platform also offers text message / SMS capabilities, such as bulk text messaging, autoresponder, text survey etc. The tools are similar to the auto-dialer and PBX.

Outbound Text Messaging Campaign

Ex. Go to Setup, Campaign, Message to set up a personalized text message template, such that it will send “Hi [First Name], how are you”, where [First Name] will be replaced with an actual name of contact during a campaign. Start a campaign and test it
