“Other VOIP services offer unlimited calls and texts, why doesn’t Voicent offer unlimited plans?”

Unlimited plans offered by some VOIP/SIP services has certain limitations as well to limit their cost. Some are 1.) power dialing only (1 line per agent) 2. limit the dials when using predictive dialers and blocks the account when it detects that customer is using an automatic dialer instead of a live agent.

With Voicent’s integrated platform and especially tools like auto dialer, it is impossible to provide unlimited calling. For example, an auto dialer can operate 24 by 7 making 100 simultaneous calls, all without human intervention.

Realistically, there is no such thing as Unlimited Plan for VOIP/SIP services. The packages that Voicent offers are priced at a reasonable and cost-efficient amount compared to other providers.
