You can easily create an audio file by using Text-to-Speech engine. The quality of the audio message depends largely on the Text-to-Speech engine you have. Microsoft Windows Vista contains a TTS voice called "Microsoft Anna", which is a better voice than "Microsoft Mary" or "Microsoft Sam" from Windows XP. You can also get other Text-to-Speech voices by searching the internet. Notable ones are from AT&T, NeoSpeech, and Nuance.
Select Operation > Save Text-to-Speech Audio to File... from the program main menu.
Please note that your computer should have a sound card and speaker to listen to the preview voice.
