Press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish

is there a way to give the person autoreminder is calling the option to “press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish”? And you would setup autoreminder to play a specific message based on what they press.

Yes. But you must use Voicent IVR Studio to design your reminder call message.

With Voicent AutoReminder, you can use the built-in Message Designer to customize your message. However, it can only used for simple reminder messages. Technically, you can only have one level of interaction, i.e, you collect one callee input (such as press 1 to confirm, press 2 to cancel).

Voicent IVR Studio is a graphical user interface tool for creating all kinds of interactive voice applications. There is no limit to the level of interactions, the number of questions to ask, etc. Even more, it can make your phone call message interact with your customer database, send email, launch an external program, and interact with a web site. IVR Studio basically can create almost any kind of interactive call applications.

And the good news is that we just fully integrated Voicent IVR Studio with Voicent AutoReminder. To design your reminder message for “press 1 for English, and Press 2 for Spanish”, install Voicent IVR Studio and give it a try. When create a new design, select File > New (for AutoReminder).. Since this is pretty new, we have not updated the Help file for AutoReminder yet, but please take a look at the video demo: Support multiple Languages for autodialer.
