Requirements for setting up IVR

What’s required to setup a 4 line inbound ivr system integrated to a web server? 1.Hardware/software? 2.Communication line?3.Voicent product?

The recommended phone service for an inbound IVR system is VOIP, either SIP based or Skype. The hardware requirement for a VOIP based IVR system is a Windows based PC, there is no other hardware required. For Voicent product, use IVR Studio, which is a GUI based IVR design environment and a system to deploy IVR applications.
