The first thing to do is Login your Nextiva account and configures extensions for your Nextiva services.  Remember for every extension, you can get the SIP credential, which basically are information of user name, password, etc, for the extension.

You can find your SIP credentials of your Nextiva account located in the Technical Phone Information. The user name or SIP ID is called “authentication name” and password is “authentication key“. The SIP domain is “voipdnsservers.com”. NOTE: Please remember to replace the 460000000 with your actual authentication name.

Moreover, other SIP settings that you need to check are the Stun Server and Codec. For Stun Server you may try some of the publicly used stun servers like stun.xten.com.  Likewise for Codec use PCMU.
