Flex PBX release 1.0

Voicent has announced the release of Flex PBX 1.0 software. The software supports VOIP services as well as traditional analog phone services.

Though the whole PBX system can be implemented using Voicent IVR Studio, the goal of the Flex PBX software is ease of use. For example, the graphical user interface (GUI) of Flex PBX is specifically designed for PBX systems, while the GUI of IVR Studio is designed for more generic voice interactions.

To create a PBX system using Flex PBX, simply follow the following steps:

• download and install Flex PBX software
• set up extensions
• set up auto attendant
• deploy and setup operating hours

A typical PBX design can be created in just minutes.
