I am trying to set up the Viocent Autodialer with my freshtel account but seem to be having difficulties. Details are (Username: 8880000, Password: ********) Can you please test this and advise the appropriate SIP settings?

The following should be the freshtel SIP settings for Voicent:

Codecs: make sure PCMA, PCMU, ILBC is selected.
