Mass Update Assigned Agent
A few of our sales reps have left the company, how can i assign all of their leads to another rep? Mass Update Failed Cannot do mass update when the column: OWNER_AGENT_ID is in the search query.
You can do the following:
- Find a CRM field that is not used
- Do a mass update to set the field to some temporary value, such as the old agent name
- Do a search for all contacts with that temporary value
- Do a mass update to set the assigned agent to the new agent
