Use IP PBX with Predictive Dialer

We are an IP-PBX reseller, searching for a predictive dialing solution for some customers we have. Is this possible to have the predictive dialer running beside an IP-PBX other brand thank yours ? How can we fit your dialer into our PBX ?

Yes, Voicent Predictive dialer can work with other IP PBX systems. Actually, it works with any PBX system that supports VOIP/SIP extensions.

To use Voicent predictive dialer with an IP PBX, like Asterisk, Epygi, or talkswitch, configure SIP extensions for the dialer. If you want to use 12 lines for predictive dialer, configure 12 extensions. Then use the SIP credentials for the extensions to configure Voicent lines. (Voicent Gateway main menu > Setup > Options > SIP tab). Basically, each Voicent line will act as an SIP softphone.

The best way to find out is download the software and give it a try.

Auto restart predictive dialing

if agents are available, the system will continue dialing the number of lines equal to the number of available agents as I understand it.

No, it will dial use all available lines. The reason is that for predictive mode, not all lines will reach live answers. The system always tries to get more calls to go out.

If you see a lot of dropped calls, you can either add more agent or slow down the dialing. You can do so under predictive dialing options.

If no agents are available, then it stops dialing. Will it automatically start dialing again if an agent signs on?

Yes.
